After you have been our client for 12 months, if you feel unsure about the level of success that we’ve achieved on your behalf, you can request a full evaluation of your case progress.
If all of following are true, we will refund your monthly fees.
1) Our Firm cannot demonstrate any progress with your case.
2) You have forwarded to Academy on a timely basis, all of the necessary documents which enables Academy to perform work on your case.
3) You have been on our service for a minimum of 12 months.
4) You send in a new copy of your credit report for analysis after 12 months of service.
