Step One
Enter your information in the easy to follow Sign Up form so we can accurately represent your case and work on your credit report. The online form is easy to follow and offers our clients the opportunity to sign up from the comfort of their home or office.
Step Two
Give authorization to our firm to challenge inaccurate or negative information. Essentially, you will authorize our firm to act on your behalf to challenge the negative items that appear on your credit report.
Step Three
An initial fee of $97.00 will be charged to cover initial data entry and analysis of your credit reports received from the three national credit reporting agencies. A three-bureau credit report is required to assess your case. If you have obtained one within the last 4 weeks, you may forward it to our office, otherwise, you will need to order a current credit report.
Your credit mentor will provide you with specific details of how to order your free credit report.
A $49.95 fee will be charged at the end of each month for services performed the previous month. This fee will continue until we have completed removing all items identified during the initial consultation or you request termination of our service.
Member Commitment
During the course of your case, you will need to forward copies of all documents and correspondence from the credit bureaus to our firm. You may correspond via e-mail directly with your credit mentor as much as you wish during your time with us as a client. We also HIGHLY recommend that you log into your online account and utilize the mail center to communicate with your credit mentor.
Length of Service:
The speed of progress will depend on the nature of your case, the level of communication from the credit bureaus and your participation. Be advised that our service works best over a twelve month period. However, we anticipate results within 3-9 months.

Cancellation:
You can cancel with no financial consequences if done so within 5 days of initial sign-up. If you wish to cancel within the initial 5 days please call us at: 1-800-857-5268. Option #3. If you wish to cancel after 5 days, the initial $97.00 data entry and service fee is non-refundable. After the 5 day period, you must complete a Cancellation Form. The cancellation form can be found by signing into your online account.
