Some additional benefits your credit mentor can offer are contacting the creditors directly, in order to resolve your credit issues. And, if you are working on a mortgage, your credit mentor can educate you about a recommendation letter that may be drafted in order to help you qualify for your loan. (An additional fee may apply.)
